Today I would like to share my experience with the MultiStar line of products.ORDED FROM USA WAREHOUSE
This Is only our opinion and this video is just to update viewers on our experience.
Update: 12/16 I filed a Paypal Claim
12/25 Paypal Agreed To Honor The Claim and Requested I Send The Battery Back.
12/27 Shipped The Battery Back To USA warehouse per Hobbyking RMA request.
1/7 Hobbyking Showed the Battery Received
1/15 Paypal Denied the Claim. Reason because, HobbyKing Claimed I did not ship the battery back to China where they requested on the pay pal Dispute.
2/9 After much debate and arguing with Paypal, They finally decided to honor my claim. I think it partly had to do with my Paypal Business account and me talking to an actual person and explaining to them the circumstances.
It is my opinion Hobbyking uses this tactic to avoid paying pay pal claims and is an easy way to get the claim dismissed.
