Strength training isnt all just about squatting/deadlifting big numbers. For this workout I did bench presses, pull ups, seated db press, db raises and bicep curls. Hopefully this video shows that to be a powerlifter you dont have to train exclusively in a program centered around the 3 lifts. Rather full development of the upper and lower body is the focus. It just so happens that the big 3 lifts play are the best tools to doing this.
