Professor of leadership, diplomacy, and negotiation, Valon talks on the importance of self- awareness through sharing his multidisciplinary education and international experiences. His idea is that only when we reach self-awareness can we be the people we want and desire to be, that self-awareness is the fundamental understanding of ourselves.
