Rob Riches Bicep/Tricep Superset Workout:
2 sets of pull ups and fixed-bar tricep extension for warm up (10-15 reps each). Each superset can be performed for several sets before moving on to the next combo, or performed as a circuit and repeated 2-3 times. All exercises were performed with a rep range of 12-15.

Overhead Dumbbell Extension
