**** When the insurance guys tell you to put a new roof on, you have to do it. Asphalt Shingles don't last long in our extreme weather, so this time I went with Heibult Construction out of Sibley, Iowa and their metal shingles. I like to keep the economy locally here. It was an interesting undertaking and the shingles are guaranteed for 50 years.
