Rafael Osmo is back with a rather large double-track EP! First up is EROS1, a powerful melodic trancer with a few twists thrown in for good measure. The track drives hard till the breakdown where a big saw riff takes over the duty of keeping the energy flowing, then it's back to the beats with an added ripping acid bassline; total destruction! Low Tempo as the title suggests is less pacey but packs more of a groove. Lots of interesting elements bounce around the backdrop of groovy percussion and bass. The break has a dark feel to it, its calm and thoughtful but quite unexpectedly a wonderful optimistic riff breaks through and the track follows this new path building on top the melody. A great double-header from Rafael!
