Despite being one of the more popular X-Men characters, Cyclops can't seem to catch a break when it comes to the movies. Whether it’s playing second fiddle to Wolverine or being killed off for no good reason, Cyclops’ big screen portrayal definitely hasn’t put him in the leadership role he possesses in the comics. With X-Men: Apocalypse set to introduce us to a younger version of the character, perhaps he’ll finally get the respect he deserves, but in the meantime here’s a few things you may not have known about Cyclops.
