Captain America Civil War Artwork Confirms Team Allegiances

New Captain America: Civil War promo art reveal the hero allegiances and we’ve got the details right now on Clevver Newsfeed. If you were wondering which heroes would side with Captain America and which would align with Iron Man in next year’s Civil War, wonder no more. Thanks to Comic Book Movie, we now know who will be on Team Cap and who will be on Team Stark in next year’s highly anticipated Captain America: Civil War. New promo art reveals the team allegiances starting with Team Captain America who includes Hawkeye, Agent 13, aka Sharon Carter, Falcon, The Winter Soldier and ready for action on Hawkeye’s shoulder, Ant-Man. Over on Iron Man’s side is his main man War Machine, Black Widow, Black Panther and Vision. Missing from the line-up is Scarlet Witch, who is rumored to be on the side of Captain America and Spider-Man, who will likely side with Iron Man, at least for some of the film. We also don’t see Bruce Banner, aka Hulk included in any of the artwork and though Mark Ruffalo was not mentioned in the original cast line-up, he has been rumored to make an appearance for some time. In addition to the two pieces of artwork representing both teams, we also see the various teams going head-to-head in additional artwork that is very reminiscent of some we’ve seen in the comics. In both this promo and the one featuring Captain America’s team, there’s some sort of flying object in the distance. We know from the D23 footage that it is a robot or drone that Falcon uses that basically takes the place of “Redwing” his side-kick falcon in the comics. In the comics, Falcon and Redwing have a telepathic link that allows Falcon to see through the bird’s eyes, but in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Falcon utilizes advanced technology to accomplish this.
