So here we have a gorgeous co-op between LeBlanc (Virum, Denmark) and Silvestri (Arizona, U.S.A.). With a driving, incessant arrangement which ebbs and flows, dips and dives eloquently across it’s 8-and-a-half glorious minutes and an intelligently thought-out assembly of complimentary layers. The killer key here is the key-change which is held back for 5 minutes which, when it finally appears, is a proper hairs-on-the-back-of-the-neck moment. Immaculate.
