At long last Ford revealed their all-new 2019 Ranger midsize pickup truck at the 2018 Detroit Auto show. Powered solely by a 2.3-liter EcoBoost 4-cylinder engine connected to a 10-speed automatic transmission the 2019 Ford Ranger is bringing modern engine tech to the midsize segment. Ford has smartly outfitted the 2019 Ranger with optional modern amenities like lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, 8-inch Sync 3 infotainment with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Of course the big question is whether Ford will build a Ranger Raptor off-road truck. In this video KBB’s Micah Muzio asks that question and receives an unsatisfying answer.
