E-Flite UMX PT-17 BNF Review and Flight Video - Lots of wind, but we got it back
It is rare that something comes in that we are not expecting much out of and it blows us away. The PT-17 is nothing like a Beast 3D, but it is a real pleasure to fly even for experienced pilots. The roll rate isn't that great, but the pitch, yaw, and throttle make up for it. You are not going to do any amazing stunts with it. It is just a relaxing and fun plane to fly. Landing even feels effortless with it. Sometimes after a bad crash, you just need something like this to calm your nerves. If you are ready to move up from the Champ, this is the plane for you. If this came in a RTF kit, we would recommend this as a first plane.
