Thrust testing some Surveilzone RCinPower QAV 2206 2200kva motors and I must say they are some very impressive little motors. We tested them using a combination of the most commonly used HQ Props and Gemfan props available on the market.
The ESC was a HobbyKing 30A Blue Series running the latest version v.14.0.0.2 of BLHeli Firmware and was using the stock settings. The batteries were two Nano-Tech 1500mah 3S 35-70C tied together for the 3S test and a Turnigy 5000mah 4S 25C pack for the 4S test.
For a $15 motor the QAV 2206 is putting out power close to a $45 T-Motor or a $25 Cobra motor I would say that is a very good value over all.
The QAV 2206 bearings are super smooth and the motors are very well balanced. My only complaint is that the prop shaft is integrated into the bell and not replaceable.
For a $15 motor they are definitely on my Buy list.
