Bryan Cranston finally speaks about all of those Lex Luthor rumors!...Bryan Cranston has not confirmed anything regarding him being cast as Batman's arch nemesis, Lex Luthor, but he hasn't denied anything either. A week or so ago, there were rumors that Breaking Bad star, who you may remember also starred alongside Ben Affleck in Argo, had landed the role AND that he had already signed on for 6 Man of Steel movies! And as it always does, the internet exploded with tweets and messages about whether it was true or not. The actor was in an interview with the Globe, and the topic of him being associated with Lex Luthor was brought up, to which he responded with "I've heard that too." He was then asked about the six movies that he apparently has signed up for and he laughed and said quote "Six? This is all news to me. I think that maybe my name is bandied about because Im known to be bald. "What bald guy can we get? The reality is they can take any actor and shave his head or put a bald cap on him." Now, Cranston could have easily said "No, I've not been approached about this," or "No, Im not interested." but he definitely didn't. So, if saying nothing says everything, it may be possible that his name has been thrown around in the mix. However, we feel pretty confident that the rumors of him being confirmed for the role are probably bogus. But what do you think? Are you hoping that Cranston is in talks for Lex Luthor? Who else would you like to see take on Superman and Batman in the Man of Steel sequel? Let us know in the comments, and don't forget to connect with us as well over on Facebook or Twitter at ClevverMovies. Thank you all so much for watching. Im Erin White, and Ill catch you all later.
