fpv.blue - Flying Low

A few people asked how the fpv.blue system performs when flying lower to the ground. I think there were concerns both for how the system would handle violating the fresnel zone and multipath, as well as how well the video would look being relatively low bitrate with the ground detail moving through the frame quickly. I'm happy with both! Here's some video from the last flight where I made it a point to cruise around low, so you can decide. ;) Enjoy!

The flying footage was recording on the ground using this HDMI recorder - (You can also find them on eBay)
While the recorder does have HDMI passthrough, I found the output to be somewhat lower quality and distorted, so I used an HDMI splitter like this between the recorder and fpv.blue receiver, and ran the second output of the splitter to my display that I used to fly with -
