« Why remix someone else's song when you can remix your own work ? After a huge success with his 5th album and sold out live shows all around the world, Parov Stelar took a break to work on his aesthetic.
Interestingly enough, Parov Stelar chose to remix his own work. By reinterpreting his music he managed to find new aspects to his songs and he also gives us the opportunity to rediscover his work. With the remix of L.O.V.E (2007), we went from a rock song with energetic drumbeat to a smooth disco-house track more appropriate for the dancefloor.
After an intriguing intro, the track unveils its delightful changes: a funky bass line discretely came to give a groovy feel, the melody became sweet and smooth and the vocals have been nicely reworked. L.O.V.E. has received "the disco treatment". It now flows nicely and can spin in the clubs as well as be enjoyed during your lounge sessions. »
