Hangar 9 Twin Otter

Dale brought his well-travelled Hangar 9 Twin Otter out for a flight. This is a great flying scale model and it’s a shame it has been discontinued.
Dale was living in Surrey, England when he purchased it built but not flown on eBay. He flew it there at Wisley Airfield. The Twin Otter then followed Dale and his family to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where it flew at Putrajaya RC field and then it finally came home to Canada in 2014.
Although the model has been discontinued, Hangar 9 still has a page up in case you were interested in any of the details. This model started out in US Air Force livery however, the color scheme is very close to the RCMP’s colors and Dale now has it serving Canada 
