This is part 1 of a design to build a small (300 class, 9" props) compact foldable quadcopter you can take in a backpack, weighing less than a kilogram.
It is capable to fly a good 30 minutes with a 3-axis Gopro type gimbal. The frame is foldable with and without props. Props can be attached and removed without tools.
It flies with either 3S or 4S batteries, is fullly autonomous with Arducopter firmware, RTK GPS, triple redundant IMUs , 2 barometers, telemetry radio and a CUAV V3 pro pixhawk autopilot.
