Cocoa Truffles - 3 Ingredients

Cocoa truffles are super simple to make and so delicious. They only involved three ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, and butter. In this recipe, we top them with cocoa powder and sprinkles. The toppings of your choice can be used, however. You can serve them directly after making them or chill them for a while. In my opinion, they are so much nicer chilled. We always make them up the night before and serve them the next day. They are great for parties, birthdays, or any social gathering.
