Though there's no style he can't touch, it's still his down-tempo jewels that make French producer/DJ Adrien Aubrun stand out. He's been down the lane of electro, house, progressive, techno and disco, but his lush, loungy beats and refined, mesmerizing melodies remain unrivalled.
For Armada Music, he produced three special down-tempo translations, now to be found in the Ambient Mixes pack. His remixes of classics 'Binary Finary - 1998' and 'Insigma - Open Our Eyes' both ride a classical, piano-driven sound, blended with playful break-beat cuts and layered synths. The third jewel in this package is Adrien's mix of 'Eco ft. Simon Latham - What Do You See', that unfolds from a twinkling light, soothing piece to an electric mix of growling guitar and heavy melodies in the end.
We're pretty sure to be hearing a lot more of Audrien in the near future!
