E-Flite X-Vert VTOL Pros, Cons, Prop Mods, and all you need to know!
The X-Vert has incredible Avionics, but weak props. Here are the Pros, Cons, Mods, and a test flight. Note on Props. Just like on most model airplane engines, the prop shafts are round, so no slot on the shaft is needed. Round is also better because if it hits something, it will spin on the shaft some and may not break. This stock EFlite style motor shaft is why the blades also break easily. Round can give some. Slotted can't move at all. The round prop hole fits right over the slotted shaft and it has worked for me since. Link for my stronger replacement props.
