Defeat Yhorm the Giant, Lord of Cinder.
Yhorm is one of the main Cinder bosses in Dark Souls 3. He is a gimmick boss essentially, and has to be killed in a specific way. There is a sword in this boss room by the throne he gets up from. This is the "Storm Ruler". Only this sword can do damage to him when you use the sword art (Hold R2 / R2 to charge it up and then press R2 / RT to release the whirlwind. In 5 hits, he will go down.
If you don't use this sword, then each hit does something like 20 damage and he has around 25K health.
