Who are Andrew Garfield's favorite Spider-Man Villains? Hi movie fans, welcome back to ClevverMovies!
The newest Spider-Man flick introduces a new "villain" to the list of Spider-Man's on-screen enemies, a reptilian freak of science played by actor Rhys Ifans called "The Lizard". Although many fans would not label The Lizard as a villain becasue he was born normal and only turned evil after a revolutionary medicine experiement goes wrong, the creature he turns into definately has it in for Spider-Man, which classifies him as an enemy.
In a recent interview, Andrew would not reveal who his enemy will be in The Amazing Spider-Man's sequel, coming out in 2014, but he did reveal who his favorite Spidey villains are. He explains "I like Electro, he's one of the ones I'm very into... I really like the [Green] Goblin, obviously, and I love Doc Ock." He says he's particularly drawn to Doc Oak because of what Alfred Molina did with the character in Spider-Man 2. However, Andrew does admit that not all of the villains are as easy to like. One character he has a harder time swallowing is Kraven the Hunter, the "lion hunter" who comes after Spider-Man for pure sport.
