In this video, I describe how to setup a gyro to work with a delta wing RC plane, specifically I demonstrate the setup with a Hobby King 3-Axis Flight Stabilizer. This video is the third in a series of videos that talk about the flight stabilizer. Be sure to check out my channel for the other videos.

If you are intending to purchase the stabilizer based on my video, please do so with the supplied link as it will help me fund making more videos. Thank You!

PRODUCT UPDATE! A new v2 version (with delta mixing built-in) is offered at HK here:
If you're using the v2 stabilizer, delta mixing is included. Here is what you need to do differently for the v2:
1. turn off delta mixing on your transmitter
2. Move the Delta switch to the LEFT
3. Attach one elevon servo to aileron-L output and attach the other elevon servo to the elevator output.
UPDATE: There is a technique that user STEEVE on the HobbyKing forum suggests for accomplishing the delta mixing with the v.1 stabilizer without a separate delta mixer. He orients the stabilizer at 45degrees to the front of the plane, then plugs one of the elevons into the "Ail" channel and the other into the "Ele" channel. Would love to hear from anyone who has tested this technique. See
