This is one of the best vehicles I have driven/flown in a long time.
And considering it's only 53 bucks from www.banggood.com it's a great deal.
The battery will give you 8 or 9 minutes of solid flight or 30 minutes of solid driving, or you can switch it up and fly for the first 5 minutes then drive for the next 20. The 3.7 volt 900 mAh battery takes a little over an hour to charge, but it's a very standard battery and connector so extras should be easy to get.
In aircraft mode it uses an altitude hold system powered by a barometer so you can let go of the throttle and it will hover at a specific height. The gyro and headless mode also make it great for beginners and advanced pilots. I found it to be very smooth and easy to fly,not the fastest aircraft or car in the world, but fast enough and a lot of fun.
In car mode it's amazing, it has more torque then you might expect and it can power itself over some pretty large obstacles. It's great on grass or dirt or concrete or practically any surface. It's great indoors and outside and it's perfect for kids of all ages. It's a 4 wheel drive vehicle with a gyro and tilt sensors so it drives great and is more fun then you might expect.
You can also plug a standard mini HD camera into the aircraft and get some pretty good video.
I really enjoyed it and I strongly suggest you pick one up and see how much fun it is as soon as you can, you'll be glad you did.
