RCTogether * How to set gear mesh

We made a quick video tutorial on proper gear mesh to try to help those out there with questions. A lot of people use the piece of paper technique, but I personally do not find that method consistent enough to use on my own rigs. So I spent a lot of time understanding what a proper mesh should look and feel like and wanted to share that with everyone. Hope this helps some folks out there!
