With the the stabilization all tweaked and tuned, this thing flies absolutely perfect! It just doesn't get any better than this. :) This video shows just how stable this tricopter is. I'm literally letting it fly hands off, and pushing, pulling, shoving the thing around while it's doing it's thing. It just laughs it off and keeps on flying!
Unfortunately the part you didn't see is while I was flying around having some fun after making this video, I was flying low and the long antenna wire snagged in the grass, was thrown up into the rear motor, and well, that was it. ;) Now I've got a broken frame (simple fix, just make a new arm), broken servo mount for yaw (again, real simple fix), bent prop shaft (not sure where to get a shaft for the DT750s, haven't looked yet!), two broken props (cheap and easy), and even a chopped up dead ESC! I think the motor on the arm that broke must have eaten that other ESC. The shrink wrap is chewed up, one of the FETs are gone, and one of the motor wires is pulled off the board, and lifted the solder pad with it. The HK SS25/30 ESCs are always out of stock now, so it looks like I'll be replacing them all! I wonder if Exceed Protons will work, I've got a matching set of 3 on hand... ;) .

Here's some affiliate links to the video gear I use from Ready Made R/C:
1.3GHz video transmitters (I use 200, 400, 800, and 1500mW on various planes)
I recommend this receiver to go with them. I use an older Racewood type they used to sell, but these are supposed to be at least as good with the same Comtech tuners in them. Apparently Racewood is no longer in business, so here's what replaced them:
I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these:
