Also forgot to mention that those pots (P2 in this case) are about 170deg rotation min to max, and I'm using only around 45 degrees. I had to calibrate sticks again and my servo still gets a full travel when pot is turning only 45deg. With scroll pot and gear switch at the back I feel much more comfortable now :)
