Плохо висит люстра. Не правильное подключение люстры г.Киев

Мастер по дому это не домашний мастер.
Перевешиваю люстру после установки мастером.
При установке люстры мастер не убрал деревянный подрозетник с потолка и не установил крюк. Не подтянул гайки и неправильно подключил.
