FW190 1.4m EPO (ARF)
The Focke-Wulf FW190 was a German Second World War single-seat, single-engine fighter aircraft designed in the late 1930s. Powered by a radial engine, the 190 had ample power and was able to lift larger loads than its well-known counterpart, the Messerschmitt BF 109. The 190 was used by the Luftwaffe in a wide variety of roles, including day fighter, fighter-bomber, ground-attack aircraft and, to a lesser degree, night fighter.
This EPO FW190 is an impressive model both in terms of looks and scale detail. With its 3 bladed prop, drop tank and pre-applied waterslide decals, this model really looks the part! Being Plug and fly, there is little to do in terms of building with the powerful motor, ESC & servos pre-fitted. This model features simple to install fixed landing gear yet is retract-ready if you choose to add your own retractable gear. Just add your own radio, receiver, 4S 2200mah lipo and your ready to fly!
Flight performance from this Second World War fighter is excellent. It has a wide flight envelope, capable of realistic scale aerobatics yet also manageable for the less experienced pilot. Due to its larger size, it will also tolerate a little wind making it a very practical model to own. The 1400mm FW190 is a must for the collection of any scale or warbird enthusiast!
