Testing the Surveilzone RC250 ZMR250 Ultra light All Carbon Fiber Quad
I've flown this quad 6 times on FPV this evening and fine tuned it more, added some expo and reduced rates to get smooth handling, its very close now. Sorry about the Mobius angle, needs more up. It was late evening so light was poor too.
I crashed over 12 times with the six batts I ran, and I have to admit these 5040 props from SZ took all of them and remained in original shape, no stress marks, nothing except a tiny mark on one blade tip, so this is quite remarkable, just picked the quad up and flew time and time again with no interruption after the crashes. They do need balancing so I'll ask SZ if they can fine tune production balance wise.
The frame:
I have to admit that despite my first impressions when I flew it a couple weeks ago, now that I persevered and tuned it well, its actually very good, its very agile and maneuverable on 1300mAh 3s packs, on 1600's 3s it carries more inertia, so a tad less agile but a bit faster.
The VTX antenna:
I'm using the stock whip antenna that came with the Aomway 200 mw vtx, for a small circuit like the one in the video its fine, even behind some trees, no need for expensive antennas here, and it crashes better too.
The Mobius:
This is a brand new standard lens (lens A) Mobius, as you can see in the video it needs tilting up some more.
This quad is a blast to fly, the extra speed I get with the 5" props is a thrill.
