FPV Crashing: FX-79 Buffalo maiden disaster

But, hey that's life isn't it :) I was really looking forward to getting the FX-79 in the air, and for the firs half a second things were going great and then it all went wrong.
But what went wrong. As I said in the video, I'd neglected to tell Neil to give it quite a level throw (my fault of course, no blame on him) so we thought it simply stalled, but watching it back it seemed to have a reasonable forward motion and really nose dived hard. So if you have an opinion, please share it.
Despite me saying the nose didn't suffer any damage, it was only later on when I tried to put the top cover back on I noticed the nose had curved up on the impact. It's had a hot water treatment to try and straighten it out, and now will need some filler and sandpaper to get a bit smoother - but it's just about going back together.
