With all of the Apple iPad 3 Retina Display rumors floating around, we can finally put to rest the debate of whether or not the next-gen iPad would feature Retina Display like screen resolution. MacRumors has confirmed that the iPad 3 features double the pixel density resulting in a resolution of 2048 x 1536 which is double that of the prior generation iPads.
