A new Transformers movie is on its way and we're getting some new details which robots will be making an appearance and which actors will be voicing them. As the release of Transformers Age of Extinction approaches, the veil of secrecy is lifting a bit to reveal some info on the robots in disguise we will be seeing. First up, the Autobots. Optimus Prime and Bumblebee will of course be returning with Peter Cullen once again voicing Optimus. Also back will be Ratchet with Robert Foxworth reprising his voice and former Decepticon drone turned Autobot "Brains" with Reno Wilson returning. New additions to the team include Autobot commando Hound. John Goodman will lend his voice for to the Autobot who lives for taking down Decepticons. Another new addition with some star power to his voice is Drift, a master of ancient weapons who was once a Decepticon, but changed sides after years of battle changed his thinking. Actor Ken Watanabe, who will soon be seen in Godzilla, will voice Drift. Rounding out the team is newcomer "Crosshairs", a sharpshooting paratrooper who will be played by voice actor John DiMaggio. Less is known about the Decepticons in the film, but we do know longtime Transformers voice actor Frank Welker will be returning to play new baddie "Galvatron" in the film. Galvatron is rumored to be human-made, possibly from the remains of former baddie "Megatron". Other Deceptions include Stinger, a Decepticon spy and "Lockdown" voiced by Mark Ryan, a bounty hunter who travels the universe in a massive prison ship. We got a glimpse of Lockdown and his ship in the trailer. Though we love seeing the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out, as the "Age of Extinction" title suggests, the robots fans are really excited to see are of course the Dinobots. In addition to leader "Grimlock" who we saw Optimus riding in the trailer, the film will also include "Strafe", a two-headed Pteranodon; demolition specialist "Scorn"; "Slug" who transforms into a Triceratops; and tracker "Slash" who is a fierce Velociraptor. We'll have to wait until June 27th to see all these robots in action, but to check out the full Transformers Age of Extinction trailer, go ahead and click right here.
