The Tiny Whoop had sort of a butterfly effect in the multirotor scene. A simple tiny sized LOS toy quad became a category of angry, fast and agile mini flyers.
During the last few months, more and more BNF quads are showing up in the 65mm range. F/C boards have evolved and include the Rx, which reduces the weight. Motors are becoming stronger. 1s tiny batteriies have improved in raw power delivery. Everything shouts that the Tiny Whoop is a craze and is here to stay. And it is totally worth it.
Maybe not the perfect sized quad for a newcomer to the hobby and totally worthless outdoors even with the slightest of winds, the whoops are made for indoor mayhem. The footprint is extremely small and every small opening is a gap you can shoot through.
Most importantly, they are virtually crash-proof. The frame is ducted, the weight is minimal and most of the wiring and electronics are fairly concealed.
Eachine had a big success with the toy grade E010 quad, which along with the Furibee F36 and the JJRC H36 were an easy and cheap platform to build on and step into FPV whooping.
The E010S is simply a beast in comparison: F3 F/C with integrated receiver, lightweight frame, good quality video feed and range with the EF-02 FPV AiO combo and high performance Racerstar 615 motors result in a great alternative to the Tiny Whoop and the Inductrix FPV.
It comes with Cleanflight and there are some minor things to get straight, but other than that it performs great, flies amazingly well and is.. simply put.. FUN!
This is BEST FOR LESS: Eachine E010s - a worthy BNF Tiny Whoop / Inductrix FPV alternative. Let's go!
