Was fortunate enough to meet up with one of the people I first started watching powerlift on YouTube, Ben Rice. I was in Seattle for the week to work and Ben was nice enough to make the 2 hour drive to come train. Unfortunately I wasn't planning on making a video so I didn't film more than a few clips, it was much more enjoyable just lifting and talking programming with Ben. Thanks to Todd over Seattle Strength and Power for letting us get a lift in!
