Leading up to the first ever UK Drone Show in December at the NEC a few of us got the chance to have a fly about and test the signal of our FPV gear inside the halls before the main event.
Here I am flying the Fossil Stuff Gravity 280 that I won at the recent British FPV Nationals. Its a very well designed and sturdy frame that has the advantage of a very clean surface on the bottom meaning the hall floors were the perfect area to test some slides.
This is probably the only time I have intentionally tried to hit the ground while flying (apart from landing of course lol) and it was great fun but needs more practise to make it smooth ;)
The UK Drone Show will cover all aspects of the drone industry and will be the largest drone event for consumers to ever happen in the UK. It will take place at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham on the 5th and the 6th of December 2015. Please come along and say hello to me at the event, I look forward to meeting you there.
