Two stars from one of this summer's biggest movies are sharing some details on one of next summer's most anticipated movies. With Godzilla arriving in theaters next week, we're not only getting details on the world's greatest monster from stars Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, but they are also talking about their roles as "Scarlet Witch" and "Quicksilver" in Avengers Age of Ultron. In an interview with I Am Rogue, Taylor-Johnson reveals that director Joss Whedon approached him last year before he began working on Godzilla about playing "Quicksilver", but Taylor-Johnson was hesitant about taking on the role saying quote, "You've got five of the most awesome super heroes, ten I suppose, there are about ten Avengers now, and they are all movie stars. You've got such a huge cast, what the hell difference is it going to make if I come on the scene?" Whedon explained that the twins weren't just add ons, but would be obstacles for the team as well. Taylor-Johnson revealed that the process for him to come on board took about a year, but Whedon finally convinced him and he says he's super happy to be on board. As for working with Whedon, Olsen told Collider quote, "I find him to be very specific, and he knows exactly what he needs, and when he gets it, you move on. And he's fun. He's an excited kid. You feel like you're in good hands also. Everyone at Marvel is fun to hang out with. They're all great. I'm having a blast. I'm having so much fun right now. I can't wait to go back." The pair are expected to return after promoting Godzilla with shooting expected to take place all summer. Speaking of Godzilla, a lot of people are talking about the fact that the pair play husband and wife in that film and will play brother and sister in Avengers 2. Olsen explained that the character's relationships are obviously very different saying Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver have a much closer connection in Avengers 2 as they never leave each other's side as opposed to their Godzilla characters who are separated for much of the film. The pair confirmed that the twins will have an Eastern European origin and will speak with accents, though pointed out that could change before the film releases. Though we will have to wait until May 1st, 2015 for Avengers Age of Ultron to hit theaters, Taylor-Johnson confirmed that the cast will be making an appearance at this year's San Diego Comic-Con in July saying that even though he's attended the convention before, going as an Avenger will be a whole different experience. Of course, if you can't wait until then, you can always check out the pair in the end credits scene of Captain America The Winter Solider and of course in Godzilla when it hits theaters on May 16th.
