Let's play D4, the episodic Xbox One fever dream from auteur game designer Swery, creator of Deadly Premonition. There is toilet-based time travel, a mute cat-woman carrying a rat in her mouth and, look, you had better see for yourself.
D4 is a point-and-click adventure styled after a TV show (supernatural crime drama sitcom, anyone?) and is as wilfully bizarre as Deadly Premonition, but more contained and less rough-edged. You play David Young, who is an amnesiac former detective investigating the murder of his wife, obviously.
