PopWing Flying Combat Wing. A Must See Review! The Build and flights.

*If you are thinking about getting a Popwing, you might like to read this and watch. Everybody seems to have Popwings for sale these days, but I never saw one until I got a catalogue from Common Sense RC. If your considering a Popwing, you should watch this video for my building and flying tips, plus light installation procedures. The bird flies very stable compared to many flying wings, is made from super duper foam for survivability and should last a long time.
This is a fairly nice kit, but some build tips should be further explained or clarified like the fact that you need servo extensions and regular (not foam safe) super glue to complete the build in addition to the radio.
Note, this bird needs to be hand launched. Without seriously considering or practicing with a dry run, you could seriously hurt yourself with the pusher prop on launch. All pusher propped planes are similarly difficult to launch.

Their receiver worked flawlessly and servos are acceptable but a bit soft at high g's.
That said, if you pay attention to strength and look for things that could go wrong and compensate during the build, you will have a really fun plane that can last a long time.
