RVOSD 5.1 RTH Testing

Just playing with the Return Home functions of the OSD, finding the best cruise throttle setting for now. I've got it pretty close. I should also say that this was done using GPS altitude which isn't as accurate as the barometric one. However the barometer had died in this OSD (evidenced by the constant 32ºF temp. reading), and it's on the way back for Range Video for a replacement. This was the Skyhunter by the way, if anyone's wondering. So far I'm loving both the plane and the RVOSD! I've actually ordered a second RVOSD, which will most likely go into the Skywalker. .

I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these: __
