This is long overdue follow up on my „KK2.0 initial setup" video and one you've been waiting for a long time. :) In „KK2.0 initial setup" video I showed you how to prepare you KK2.0 for tuning. These settings are base for proper tuning process so please make sure you followed that video exactly.
In this video I'm going to show you how to tune your KK2.0 board. Short and simple as possible. Using „initial settings" won't do much for you in terms of good performance. So, follow all steps in this video in order to extract best out of your quad.
There are no „perfect settings". These are just general directions and guidance. In the end everything comes down to your personal preference. So, play with all the settings until you figure out how you like it.
Note:
I use BLHeli firmware on my Turnigy Plush 30A ESC's. This firmware allows me to bump gains a lot higher than I would be able to with stock firmware. That is why my gains are relatively high. If you are using stock firmware, don't expect to achieve this kind of performance. If you are interested in flashing your ESC's with BLHeli firmware, please check my „Flashing BLHeli firmware using Arduino Uno":
Enjoy RC as much as I do! :)
