PART 1: An easy way to make parachutes for dropping from RC aircraft. These are fabricated from nylon (or polyester) "jacket liner" or "garment liner" and "tulle" netting plus parachute cord, hot glue, and shrink tubing. The cost is about $3-5 each. The usual size is 30" diameter and two can be made per yard of material 60" wide. I usually knock out 4 at a time from two yards of material. Up to 60" parachutes are possible.
