Simon Dumont on the Mend, Getting Back the Freeski Stoke - The Alli Show

Get a very real glimpse into the life of Simon Dumont, who's currently recovering from knee surgery. As one of freeskiing's biggest threats in pipe, Dumont says this may have been just what he needed "to get that stoke back." After landing a straight air in the pipe, Dumont noticed his patella hurt but it didn't feel too serious -- the doctor informed he blew it, literally.
After a rough season with a few friends passing, Dumont is forced to take a long hard look at his freeski career. Dumont's competitive nature is pushing him to get back in and win everything he enters -- first thing on his to-do list is bringing home a medal from the Olympics!
His brainchild, The Dumont Cup, was hashed to give some East Coast exposure to up-and-coming freeskiers as well as bring some of the industries top pros over to ride and shake hands with the kids they inspire.
