Lisa Gade reviews the HP Stream 11, an affordable $199 Windows 8.1 laptop. At 11.6” and 2.8 lbs. it’s also very portable and rather than thinking of it as the return of the Netbook, think of it as the Windows answer to Chromebooks. The Stream 11 is available in blue and pink, and both have a matte finish that actually looks stylish given the price. It runs on a dual core 2.16 GHz Intel Celeron CPU with 2 gigs of RAM and 32 gigs of storage. It has 2 USB ports, HDMI, 3.5mm combo audio and an SD card slot and it runs Windows 8.1 with Bing 64 bit. The mini laptop has single band 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth and there’s a 3G option for the Stream 13, the 13.3” version of this notebook. It has a matte non-touch display running at 1366 x 768. For those who want touch, that’s an option on the Stream 13. ** Read our full written review here:
