In the video above, Andy and special guest Let's Player Ellen Rose combine forces as Lara and Nadia in this co-op survival mode, on a mission to kill and eat everything fuzzy or feathery in the Siberian wilderness. Will they light the signal fire? Can they survive attack by angry wolves? How long before they resort to cannibalism? Watch and find out, survival fans.
Maintaining body temperature and eating a steady supply of forest critters to stay alive is priority one in Endurance Mode. In this newly co-op version of Endurance, you can share a meal by hunting together, or collaborate on downing enemies.
Each member of the co-op pair sees their own player character as Lara Croft. So there'll be no fighting over who gets to be the legendary Tomb Raider and who has to be second fiddle survivor Nadia.
The Rise of the Tomb Raider co-op gameplay in the video above comes from the PS4 version of the game supplied by the publisher.
The co-op version of Rise of the Tomb Raider's Endurance Mode comes out on release date 11 October 2016. The co-op mode is free to anyone who bought the standalone Endurance DLC or received it with the Rise of the Tomb Raider season pass.
