Airhogs ATMOSphere. Well you know, I've begun my Christmas Shopping, and found what looked to be another cool toy from Airhogs, so I decided to buy one for myself. $24.99. The last Airhogs machine I reviewed, was the ducted fan quad Helix, and it is fantastic.
Well, This Mini Ball is supposed to be controlled by your hand. It has a photo optic sensor on the bottom, and when your hand gets near it, is it supposed to speed up. But as you will see, you need to beware if it gets away or out of range of the IR TX. You may hurt yourself trying to get it from behind the couch, etc as the blades keep spinning.
Unlike a heli, which rotors stop when it crashes, when you pick this ball up, you will most likely hit your fingers while it is running.. OUCH!.
It is unique, but I recommend you keep small kids and animals from going after it when you crash.
