Exploding 350QX props got you down? Here's an ALTERNATIVE way while waiting for Horizon.

*Read Please. Exploding prop warning! I warned about the props breaking easily when I did my first product review on this machine. Now I see I'm not alone. There are some real horror stories of people getting hurt, plus damaged FPV equipment,GoPros and machines. You can read all about it on RCgroups. It's a big enough problem that now Horizon is shipping out new props (marked with a B) plus replacing all the props on the original machines.
Since this all can take some time, I found that SmallPartsCNC is making beautiful prop adapters for the Blade 350QX and allowed me to get back in the air again fast with this alternative.
These adapters are the perfect alternative plus now I can now use a wider selection of props.
I have settled for the QR350 Walkera Props and ordered them from RC Planet for only $4.99 for a matched set of 4 propellers. The CNC adapters cost $23.99 and well worth it to me for peace of mind.
