Motor Quits In Flight Hard Crash - FPV L9R Ranger

During my return leg and almost home the motor seized and I start to fall out of the sky. I had to make quick decisions to avoid that cold lake and look for a safe path to crash land. I banked hard left and aimed for the only pathway I saw on my screen and tried to avoid hitting a fenced in water tank. Looking back at the flight video - a combination of first loosing my vTx signal due to being below the tree line, a critical stall and a top heavy cased GoPro with a 5,000mah 3s is what contributed to the airplane rolling right and crashing hard straight into the ground.
The good news is the plane was recovered quickly and all the electronics work perfectly. The wings and fins were spared but the Ranger Mini, unlike her big brother the Ranger EX with a PVC fuselage, suffered a badly damaged fuselage.
