- _-inch plywood strips, used to build out studs

- reciprocating saw, used to cut out old acrylic shower surround
- drill/driver
- hammer
- cold chisel, used to chop out floor tile
- rubber mallet, used to install compression gasket to drainpipe
- 4-foot level
- tape measure
