Rode just released a new super compact wireless microphone system called the "Rode Wireless Go". Its small size makes it the perfect wireless microphone setup to use with your GoPro Hero 5/6/7 Black or your Osmo Pocket in addition to any other camera you own that has a microphone jack. One of its key features is the transmitter has it's own built-in microphone so you don't have to attach a lav mic, but there still is that option if you desire. I have been testing the Rode Wireless go for a few days now and I am really impressed. I have always steered clear of wireless microphones in the past because they tend to be bulky, complicated and expensive. The Rode Wireless Go is streamlined, easy to use and comes in at a reasonable price. I think the Rode Wireless Go is going to appeal to many YouTube Creators, Vloggers and Film Makers. In this video we do a quick unboxing, talk about its key features and do some audio tests while connected to the GoPro Hero 7 Black and DJI Osmo Pocket.
